Absolutely, your online salon booking app enables you to accept prepayments and deposits for your services. Start by activating one of Setmore’s payment integrations. Customers on the Free plan can take online prepayments via credit or debit card through Square. If you’re on Pro or Team, you also have access to Stripe and Paypal.
To take customer deposits from your Booking Page, open your Setmore web app and head to Settings > Payments > Booking Page. You’ll see a toggle next to ‘Do you want to accept payments through your Booking Page?’ - switch it to the on position. Below this option, specify that you’d like to collect full payment at the time of booking. Then, click the ‘+ Charges or reductions’ button and set your deposit value.
